You and every member of your group can schedule a meeting on a group calendar in outlook. If you are already a member of the group, select view. Select the calendar icon at the bottom right of the outlook window. You should now see the calendar for the group. If you select the calendar button on the navigation pane, you'll see your personal calendar, plus the shared calendars of any groups. Web in calendar, on the home tab, in the manage calendars group, click calendar groups > create new calendar group. Working with the calendar of your group is no different than working with your personal calendar. Type a name for the new calendar group, and then click ok.
